Request For Information
The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 and Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004 give you the right to ask for and be given information from UHI. You can ask UHI for any information, as long as it is recorded in some form.

A request made under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 can be made verbally or in writing. However, a request made in writing will help us to deal more efficiently with your request.
