Thank you
We would like to thank all the generous individuals, organisations and charitable trusts and foundations who donated to the university during 2021.
It was another difficult year for many and the huge need for financial help was evident through the hundreds of applications we received for our various student funds. However, thanks to your kind donations, we were able to support over 100 students during the year which is incredible and hugely appreciated. We were also delighted to establish three new donated awards in 2021, the Sidney Black Memorial Engineering Award, the John Preston Music Awards and Peter May Fiction Prize.
Scholarships, prizes and awards like these inspire and encourage our students and can enable access to opportunities for those held back by financial constraints.
We are also grateful to the individuals and organisations who are supporting us in a wide range of exciting university projects and research developments.
If you would like to know more about our fundraising, you can sign up to receive the monthly ‘Developments’ e-newsletter here.
And if you are considering making a donation, please visit www.uhi.ac.uk/donate or email alison.wilson@uhi.ac.uk for more information.
