Offsite storage archiving

The University Archive currently stores the university’s paper records at its offsite storage location.

Any paper records for offsite storage should be packed into boxes, labelled appropriately and include a detailed contents index on the inside of the box lid. Boxes can be requested from reception@uhi.ac.uk.

All boxes must be accompanied by an archive storage form, which must be approved by the University Archivist and Records Manager. Once approval has been obtained, please email reception@uhi.ac.uk to arrange for your box/es to be picked up and delivered to the university offsite storage location.
