- This privacy notice explains how personal information relating to disclosed disabilities and the needs assessment process (including dyslexia screening, where required) is processed and used by UHI. You can also discuss this with your disability adviser

- UHI will not ask for your consent to share details of the adjustments approved for you within your needs assessment
- This is because we have a responsibility to pass limited details of approved support measures onto relevant others, on a need-to-know basis, in order to provide efficient support services and fulfil our legal obligations under the Equality Act 2010
