UHI Perth

The Perth campus student accommodation provides safe, secure, and comfortable housing for 78 students in shared self-catered flats and cottages which are fully furnished.

Flats have a mix of single and twin bedrooms, with each bedroom having its own en-suite shower room. Flats can accommodate up to 5 individuals each, with students sharing a kitchen and seating area in each flat. Each house has three single bedrooms, and the occupants share a bathroom, kitchen, and seating areas. There is also a coin-operated self-service laundry on site, plus free car parking and bicycle storage sheds.

Rooms in the student accommodation are available on a 37-week (degree) or 40-week let (FE, HNC, HND) period to suit students on different courses. A single room costs £143.19 per week and a shared twin room (two students of same gender sharing) costs £111.18 per week. The cost includes all utility charges and a free, filtered ethernet/wi-fi internet connection.
