Places are still available for courses starting this September!
Although applications are now considered on a first-come, first-served basis, we still have places available. Applications are now through clearing.
You can choose from an extensive range of subjects, including specialist courses in incredible locations: study golf in Dornoch; adventure studies in Fort William; marine science in Oban; or Gaelic on the Isle of Skye or the Outer Hebrides!
We put students at the centre of what we do. Students regularly give us great feedback on our teaching, flexibility and small class sizes. Our support services are with you every step of the way, from application to graduation. At UHI you will always be a name, not just a number.
Undergraduate key dates 2024
When applying for an undergraduate degree, HNC or HND, please apply via UCAS. Key dates for September 2024 entry:
Wednesday 31 January: Equal consideration deadline
- If you applied by 6pm on Wednesday 31 January you are guaranteed that we will consider your application equally along with all other applicants.
Thursday 1 February to Thursday 4 July: Still time to apply
- You can still apply after the equal consideration deadline, and we will review your application if we have places left on the course you've applied to.
Friday 5 July to Saturday 21 September: Clearing
- Clearing begins on Friday 5 July, and we will still review your application if we have places left on the course you've applied to. The last date we can accept an application for September 2024 entry is Saturday 21 September, but some courses close for applications before that deadline, so please apply as soon as you can.
