Festival goers asked to spot ‘RockNess Monster’
Nessie is getting ready to make an appearance at this year’s RockNess music festival.
The famous monster will be going along to help give festival goers information about the courses on offer at the University of the Highlands and Islands. Along with staff and students, he will be on hand to answer questions and give out badges and limited edition Nessie postcards.
He will also be accompanied by art students who will be providing revellers with free festival face-painting with a special Nessie design.
Anyone who spots the university’s ‘RockNess Monster’ will have the opportunity to win two tickets for next year’s festival. Entrants simply have to get their photo taken with Nessie and upload it to the University of the Highlands and Islands Facebook page. www.facebook.com/thinkuhi
The university still has places available on courses starting this September and there are options to study in many locations around the Highlands and Islands as well as online.
