Session Outline
Eddy will describe the various VC scenarios that you likely to encounter at the University, and will discuss his view of the best practice to adopt in this dynamic and rapidly-changing technological environment.
Eddy will also overview general VC protocol and etiquette, the principal "do’s and don’ts”, various practicalities, how to prepare in advance, how to deal with a ‘home’ and ‘virtual’ audience at the same time, how to cope with the time delay, as well as how to learn to act spontaneously to each and every individual VC event as it arises.
Please don't be afraid to attend - Eddy will explain everything from a simple "Back to Basics" personal perspective.
