Future Leaders Fund
The Future Leaders Fund is supported by Fred Olsen Seawind, the bursary offers £5,000 annually (up to 4 years) to a student studying either HNC Civil Engineering, HNC Electrical Engineering or HNC Engineering Systems.
Deadline
26 August 2026The bursary for the student will be to the value of £5,000 per year (up to 4 years) paid in two instalments each semester, the maximum award the student will receive is £20,000 if completing the 4 year honours degree.
The bursary is focussed on retaining high achieving and talented students in the region.
Selection criteria
The bursary will be awarded based on the following three areas:
- Personal Statement
- Academic success and career potential
- Financial situation
Eligibility
- You must be a student undertaking either HNC Civil Engineering or HNC Engineering Systems
- You must be domiciled in Scotland
- Your tuition fees are being paid by SAAS
